Delta Force Group Ltd seeks excellence in every aspect of its business and is committed to ensuring the Company complies with its legal duties under the Health & Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and all other applicable UK health and safety legislation. The Company recognises and accepts its statutory responsibility as an employer to provide, so far as is reasonably practicable, a safe and healthy working environment for all employees, visitors, contractors, and other persons who may be affected by our activities.
Our Statement of General Policy
Provide adequate control of the health and safety risks arising from our work activities
Provide sufficient resources to enable the implementation of this policy
Consult with our employees on matters affecting their health and safety
Provide and maintain safe plant and equipment
Ensure the safe handling, storage, and use of substances
Provide information, instruction, and supervision for employees
Ensure all employees are competent to do their tasks and provide adequate training
Prevent accidents and cases of work-related ill health
Maintain safe and healthy working conditions
Review and revise this policy at regular intervals, and as necessary
Ensure risk assessments are undertaken to identify hazards and implement corrective measures to remove or minimise risks to individuals
Provide employees with the information, instruction, training, and supervision necessary to enable them to carry out their duties competently
Establish and develop a positive "safety culture" throughout the Company, encouraging ownership at all levels
Ensure each employee is aware of their legal responsibility to take reasonable care for the health, safety, and welfare of themselves and others, and to co-operate with the Company in the implementation of this Policy
Achieve continual improvement in health and safety performance through setting appropriate objectives and targets
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of this Policy and make changes when required
Communicate effectively with staff and third parties on health, safety, and welfare matters
As a minimum, comply with UK and all other health and safety legislation applicable to the business, while striving to continually improve our health and safety performance
Management System Commitment
To achieve and support the above policy statement, Delta Force Group Ltd shall maintain a health and safety management system compliant with the requirements of BS ISO 45001:2018. This system will be subject to regular audits by independent parties and will be reviewed at Board level at planned intervals to ensure continuing suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness.
