Human Rights & Stakeholder Governance
Public information for clients, procurement teams, employees and assessors on the human rights matters most relevant to our services and how we govern them.
Our Salient Human Rights Issues
Delta Force Group Ltd recognises its responsibility to respect human rights across its operations, workforce and supply chain.
Given the nature of our security, facilities management, cleaning, maintenance and other labour-intensive services, we consider the following to be among our principal human rights considerations:

- Responsible and ethical recruitment
- Prevention of worker-paid recruitment fees and inappropriate employment practices
- Fair pay, working hours and working conditions
- Equality, diversity, inclusion and freedom from discrimination and harassment
- Health, safety and employee wellbeing
- Safeguarding and protection of children, young people and adults at risk
- Freedom to raise grievances, complaints and concerns without retaliation
- Human rights and labour standards within our supply chain
How We Address These Issues
Delta Force Group addresses these issues through appropriate governance, policies, procedures and operational controls, including recruitment and vetting processes, employment practices, safeguarding arrangements, health and safety management, equality and diversity measures, whistleblowing and grievance mechanisms, employee training, supplier due diligence and modern slavery controls.
