Our Statement
Delta Force Group Ltd is committed to conducting its business responsibly, sustainably and ethically. As a provider of integrated facilities management, security, cleaning and maintenance services, we recognise that our responsibility extends beyond the services we deliver to our clients — to our people, the communities in which we operate and the environment we all share.
Corporate social responsibility at Delta Force Group means treating our colleagues fairly and investing in their development; supporting the local communities where we live and work; reducing our environmental impact across the estates we manage; and holding ourselves to the highest standards of ethics, transparency and compliance in everything we do.
This statement sits alongside our wider ESG commitments, our published Carbon Reduction Plan, our Modern Slavery Statement and our company policies, which together set out how these commitments are put into practice and governed.

We invest in the wellbeing, safety, training and development of everyone who works for us, including apprenticeship and continuous learning opportunities, health and safety management, equality, diversity and inclusion, and support for employee wellbeing.
Our Communities
We believe in getting our people out into the communities where we operate and making a genuine contribution — from volunteering at local events to supporting employment and charitable initiatives in the areas we serve. Social value isn't just something we write about in tenders or policies.
Our Environment
We work to reduce our environmental footprint through carbon reduction, responsible waste management as a licensed waste carrier, sustainable procurement and energy-efficient practices across the sites we manage.
Ethical Business
We hold ourselves to the highest standards of business ethics, transparency and compliance, with zero tolerance for bribery, corruption and modern slavery, and confidential routes for raising concerns.
